Sandy and I have sold six properties in our life and I’ve never seen a realtor like Randy. He did such a great job; he’s our man for good! Randy did so much research into pricing, marketing and the timing of our sale. He even watched the market and made sure when a good peak selling time was. When Randy gave us his figure as to what he thought the condo should sell for, I thought he was crazy. In the end his figures were exact and everything went smoothly. Randy also went above and beyond his duties and brought some furniture for staging purposes because the condo was empty. Randy is the hardest working realtor I have ever met.
